Shortcuts

Shift+A > Barrier: Draw Barrier, Draw Queue, one entry per product (it also becomes the next product), and the queue entry.
Right-click in Object Mode: the menus listed under Selected > Right-click.
Draw Barrier: Click places a post, Shift+Click branches from a post, Ctrl places a rail or panel post at any spacing, Backspace takes back, Enter, Esc or right-click finish.
Draw Queue: drag a rectangle, Esc or right-click cancels.
Move Point, then G to move, Tab back to Object Mode.
